A GPX file is a standard file containing the GPS points recorded during an activity. It can store the route of a run, race, ride, walk or other GPS-tracked adventure.

Many running watches, cycling computers and activity apps allow you to export an activity as a GPX file.

Look for an Export, Download or Export GPX option in the app or platform where your activity is stored.

Yes. HexFlex is ideal for race routes, including 5K, 10K, half marathon, marathon and longer-distance events.

You can add the event name, date, distance and finish time to help capture the achievement.

No. The configurator needs a GPX route file to create the route artwork.

A screenshot, PDF, JPG or map link cannot be used in place of the GPX file.

First, check that:

• The file ends in .gpx.
• You are uploading the original route file.
• The file is from the activity you intended to use.
• You have selected the file before continuing.

If the GPX file still will not upload, contact us with the file name and a description of the problem.

You can add:

• Optional top-left label

• Route colour
• Frame colour

Yes. The basket is intended to support multiple personalised maps, with each design retaining its own route and details.

If you are ordering several maps for a club, team, charity or event, contact us to discuss your requirements.

Because each HexFlex is personalised, changes may not be possible once production has started.

Yes. HexFlex makes a personal gift for runners and cyclists, celebrating race finishes, personal bests, first long-distance events, charity challenges and favourite rides.

You will need the route and details required to create the recipient's design unless a separate gift option is offered.

You can create a gift HexFlex if you have the recipient's GPX route and the details you want to include.

If you do not have their GPX file, contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether another gifting option is available.

Personalised products may enter production shortly after ordering, so cancellation may not be possible once production has started.

Because each product is made to your chosen route and details, personalised items may be subject to different return conditions from standard products.

If your item arrives damaged or there is a problem with the production quality, contact us with your order number and photographs so we can investigate.

Check every detail in the preview before ordering, especially the event name, date, distance, finish time and optional labels.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately. We will let you know whether a correction is still possible.
